At Hendricks Avenue Elementary school the Friends of Hendricks manages the decoration of the two School Spirit Rocks that bring joy and creativity to our community. These rocks can be reserved for a 24-hour period, allowing families and friends to paint them in celebration of a student’s achievements, wish a happy birthday, cheer on a classmate, or honor a beloved teacher. Decorating the Spirit Rocks is a fun and unique way to spread positivity and show support within our school. We invite you to take part in this cherished tradition and make your mark with a colorful and heartfelt message!
How to Rent The Rock
Looking to make a bold statement or celebrate a special occasion? Rent our iconic rock and make your message unforgettable! Fill out our online form to reserve your space today!

- You will be able to choose your date as well as which rock or rocks you would like to decorate.
- Payment is due at the time of reservation.
- You will need to review and agree to the terms of use for painting the rock.
Pricing:
- $35 for one rock (front OR back); 24 hour rental
- $60 for both rocks (front AND back); 24 hour rental
