About The Friends of Hendricks

Mission Statement

To increase the available funding to provide faculty and staff the additional resources required to ensure an exemplary education for the students of Hendricks Avenue Elementary School

Choosing to strengthen Hendricks Avenue Elementary through a gift to The Friends of Hendricks is a valuable and meaningful decision. Support can be given through the donation of time, talents, and monetary and in-kind donations.  The effect of parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends standing together for our school will be immeasurable.  All gifts, no matter how large or small, will have a powerful impact because you will become invested in the education and enrichment of every child, faculty, and staff member.

The Friends of Hendricks (FOH) is a 501 c (3) non-profit organization led by parent volunteers.  Our organization was created to provide funding that will ensure the legacy of success stands and the exemplary education of the students at Hendricks Avenue Elementary continues for years to come..

The funds raised by FOH will be awarded through a grant process and used to offset county-implemented budget cuts and increase financial resources for school enhancements and improvements including staffing, technology, and classroom needs to name a few.

There are numerous opportunities to support FOH which include:
